About the Role

One MUST be able to demonstrate the following;

  • An in-depth knowledge and proficiency in graphics design, web advertising, social media and web development of Northwave Credit Ltd’ products and its market goals.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, advertising trends, concepts, and procedures is a requirement.
  • Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, brochures and fliers.
  • Generate online leads, plan, develop and execute the company’s digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile and deliverables.
  • Interfacing with marketing communications functions as well as PR, marketing products in corroboration with the sales and marketing department.
  • Manage digital agency relationships, day to day production, as well as campaign budgets, schedules and timelines.
  • Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Develop and coordinate multimedia packages.
  • Will be expected to present recommendations to the Head of Business development & Marketing.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned by reporting authority.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualification;

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT/Graphics and related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in Digital Marketing and Content Creation within online platforms.
  • SEO/SEM Knowledge and skills will be highly appreciated.
  • MUST be proficient with Adope Photoshop, Publisher, Illustrator, html and other related programs.
  • MUST have a deep understanding of digital marketing and content creation on social media platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, and social media applications.
  • MUST be Creative and poses creative writing skills.
  • MUST demonstrate experience in management of successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing, web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • MUST be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple line of business.
  • MUST be able to exhibit strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to deliver digital marketing campaigns for mainstream products and services.
  • A graphics design certificate from SHANTAO will be an added advantage.
