Qualification:

• 4 plus years' experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field

Should have the below skills;

• Audio signal processing
• Voice and speech technologies (e.g. speech recognition, text-to-speech)
• Voice networking protocols (e.g. SIP, RTP)
• Voice over IP (VoIP)
• Cloud communications
• Knowledge of telephony and PBX systems
• Scripting and programming (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of operating systems (e.g. Linux, Unix)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g. IETF, 3GPP).
