Our client, a registered company in Kenya that deals with selling and after sales service of IT Products is looking to hire a competent Technical Support Executive.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Providing IT support such as fiscalzing, programming of ETR machines as well as training customers.

Programming and installation of ESD machines and training of clients.

Supporting the maintenance of existing Point of Sale systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software.

Maintaining good relationship with the VAR‘s (Value Added Resellers) in the area and ensuring their concerns are sorted on time.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company.

Providing support to IT staff by answering phones, processing paperwork, and responding to user requests.

Collecting, analyzing, and storing data for use in reports.

Key Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information. Technology, Software development or IT related course-cloud computing, networking etc.
Certificate is software programming/coding an added advantage.
Above 3 years Work experience in ICT firm.
Work experience in ETR field an added advantage.
