About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all the onboarded retailers can always transact seamlessly
  •  Ensuring all the onboarded retailers borrow and repay within the stipulated loan tenure period
  • Relationship management with the Anchors, sub anchors and retailer teams for enhanced business partnership
  • Appraising the retailers and advising the branch on limits activation as well as on-boarding status
  • Regular visits to Anchors, Sub Anchors and retailers and ensuring that all their issues are resolved within SLA time
  • Being the liaison person between the business & IT/the technical teams for all Ecosystem technical requirements
  • Liaison with the Payments Dept Business analysis team for harmonized Ecosystems reports covering retailer financing and the Payment Rails utilization
  • Facilitating and conducting trainings on Dealer/Retailer Financing

Qualifications

  • At least an O-Level pass of C+
  • Degree certificate in a business-related field.
  • Holders of a marketing related professional qualification will have an added advantage.
  • Performance appraisal rating of 3.5 and above (for internal staff recruitment)
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience at Equity Bank (for internal staff recruitment)
  • Experience in Card business will be an added advantage
  • Effective writing and presentation skills in English;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
