To proactively support business strategy by  handling all in-trade product quality responsibilities as well as the  consumer response program

Key Duties & Responsibilities    

  • Align trade quality goals and objectives with business strategy 
  • Communicate  and implement customer requirements to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor, measure and control trade quality processes
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage the quality system
  • Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Maintain safety, health and environment standards
  • Manage human resources in the process area

Skills, Experience & Education    

Experience

  • 5-6 years in an FCMG.
  • 3 Years working experience in SHEQ.
  • A Valid Driving License 
  • Good communications and negotiation skills
  • High level of self management

Education

  • BSc Degree Food Science and Technology ,Microbiology,Analytical chemistry or any other related field
  • Advanced computer skills
