Monitor Group and Branch systems usage and DOC’s and utilise this to enhance the organizations offering
Develop and Maintain relationships and align strategy with dealers, banks and third-party stakeholders
Ongoing management of every site with products (including generic products, bank products, core products) & product rationalization
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs
Forecast and track key account metrics
Hunt and close New Business, this may include but not be limited to New Dealerships, Digital KYC APP, On Demand solutions, Retail, Data analytics, and any other revenue opportunity
Drive all core revenue streams into the business and relevant strategy
Conduct Dealer reviews, Banks, OEMS, Product providers and insurers
Preparation for APL’s and Reviews with previous quarters and month’s performance, dealer, industry averages and top 20% and provide follow up emails with action plans
Provide commission structure solutions if required
Extract Monthly Reporting and quarterly review to the Sales and Marketing Manager on system usage and BI Data for accounts
Debtor’s management
Conduct group training or Online training
Complete Training Register
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines
Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs
The ability to work independently and within a team
High level of computer literacy and efficiency
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
