About the Role

KEY TASKS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To liaise with the DTF Secretariat on the content to be used for the training.
  • To facilitate sessions on the DTF Leadership Development Plan.
  • To chart a leadership path for DTF and women leaders based on knowledge shared and deliberations.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
Academic Qualifications

  • At least a master’s degree in a relevant field in the area of Administration and/or Management, public policy, gender and development studies or its equivalent.

Experience

  • At least ten years’ proven professional experience in organizational management and working with boards.
  • Knowledge and experience in leadership and governance training for NGOs and CBOs.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in participatory approaches and facilitation.

DELIVERABLES

  • To prepare and facilitate the sessions on the DTF leadership development plan.
  • To share the presentations.
