About the Role

Role & Responsibility:

Ensure a high level of availability for all Office 365 services

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features
  • Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to safeguard data and guarantee regulatory compliance
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in line with company policies
  • Monitor service fitness and performance, and take proactive actions to prevent or mitigate issues
  • Monitor trends and developments in the Office 365 ecosystem, and keep abreast of changes in the competitive landscape
  • Perform regular backups of data and systems, and develop and test disaster recovery plans
  • Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations
  • Provide Level 1 &2 support for end users experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and services
  • Stay conversant on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations as needed
  • Monitoring usage patterns and usage rates to ensure that employees are using the system efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and taking action to mitigate them
  • Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems
  • Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a staging environment
  • Providing training to users on how to use Office 365 effectively
  • Addressing user requests for assistance with issues pertaining to their accounts, including password resets and help with downloading emails
  • Creating reports about the usage of Office 365 and identifying potential areas for improvement based on the data collected
  • Providing support for mobile devices that use Office 365, including Android phones and iPhones
  • Troubleshooting problems with hardware or software that is used in conjunction with Office 365, such as printers or mobile phones that use Exchange ActiveSync

Minimum Requirements:

A MUST HAVE:

  • Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in Citrix Administration 
  • 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft O365 Administration
  • 3+ years’ experience in Azure Cloud Administration 
  • 3+ years’ experience in AWS Cloud Administration
