Job Responsibilities

  • Craft content for our digital products so that they can be accessible, intuitive, simple and compelling.
  • Internal and external facing digital communications that go out to our staff and end users (e.g. as email campaigns, SMSes, etc.)
  • Development of scripts for our product support teams.
  • Contribute to the content strategy and provide copy for our products.
  • Conduct research on how to communicate more effectively across different mediums, channels.
  • Conversation design
  • Develop writing guidelines and best practices to help evolve our writing style guide.

  • Experience in writing for user-focused digital products.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Contribute as a strong collaborator with product and project teams
  • Demonstrate experience with short- and long-form copywriting
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Bonus: background in or familiarity with cognitive psychology

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in writing microcopy or conversation design for digital experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, HCI, UX, English or related subject or equivalent practical experience
  • Body of work demonstrating strong writing skills, shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects and markets
  • Bonus: technical writing experience
