Our client, a distributor of beauty products seeks to hire an admin and stores assistant reporting to the operations lead. He/she will be responsible for inventory control, maintenance,
store upkeep, asset protection and any related store planning projects and activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the assortment within the store and retail outlets
Ensure that stock levels are accurate
Ensure that the top stock-keeping unit (SKU) is always in stock
Raise invoices and delivery notes
Look out for and communicate with testers and merchandising units stockouts
Conduct regular stock-taking
Handle stock inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Develop and Improve inventory management procedures
Ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies
Maintain all store equipment and tools
Responsible for online outlet/e-commerce stocks and sales.
Manage the social media platforms
Specified Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Minimum of a Certificate in a relevant field
Knowledge and experience with Inventory management software will be an advantage
Must possess great numerical skills, excellent Microsoft skills and data analysis
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Highly organized and flexible, attentive to detail
Very confident and able to perform well under pressure with minimal supervision
Team player, Fast learner.
