Requirements
PhD in Human Resource Management
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Human Resources Officer in MKU or in a higher learning institution/ reputable organization at a similar position
Be registered with IHRM.
OR
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Human Resources Officer in MKU or in a higher learning institution/ reputable organization.
