  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and inquiries assigned
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Promote and forward recommendations on continuous improvement to the customer service process and standards every month.

  • Follow up on all service contracts with the clients.
  • Updating client database in liaison with the tracking NCC desk.
  • Work closely with Tender Team to close sales in the allocated accounts

  • Management of all operational and client requirements in liaison with the relevant departments.
  • Conducting systems training for clients.
  • Carry out c us t omer s at i sf act i on s u rveys and rec o mm e nd a ct i on p la n s t o i m p rove on t h e w e a k area s .
  • Maint a i n a nd o b s er v e t h e p res c r i b ed d e p ar t me n t S OP i n carr y i n g out day to day activities.
  • C arr y i n g out re g ular c l i ent v i sits and re s p on d i n g t o c l i e n t q ue r i es t h ro u g h wal k - i ns, ph o n e c a l ls and ema i ls and ti mely s ub m i s s i on of re p or t s as p e r t h e agre e d s ch edules.
  • Follow up with the technical department on job completion and commissioning to clients.
  • Prepare customer reports on schedule whether daily, weekly, or monthly and upon request.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
  • Any other duties as may be assigned b y mana g em e n t .

Minimum Requirements.

  • A Diploma/ Degree in Sales and marketing or business studies is preferred
  • Must have (3) years of continuous work experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in Vehicle telematics industry is an added advantage
  • Great client management skills
  • Presentable with good communication skills
  • Able to persuade and close sales
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend Information.
  • Self-Motivated and experience in developing pipeline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
