RECEPTIONIST- MERU (NKUBU)
☐ Our client is a microfinance institution operating in Thika Town, Mt. Kenya & Eastern region in Kenya. The Company is passionate about providing financial solutions to SMEs in the region. The company is looking to hire an experienced Receptionist to support its branch operations in Meru. To succeed in this role you need to have acquired relevant skills in front office admin, customer service, communication.
Individuals with extensive experience in a Microfinance set up are highly encouraged to apply
☐ Location – Meru-Nkubu
RESPONSIBILITIES
☐ Ensure that all customers are received and served on time.
☐ Cross-sell products and offer solutions to customers.
☐ Book loans in the system provided.
☐ Receive all phone calls and respond to email queries.
☐ Maintain all records and handle all administrative tasks.
☐ Ensure customers submit all documents required for loan processing.
☐ Call customers in arears to remind them of payments due
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
☐ Diploma in relevant field.
☐ Working experience as a receptionist preferably in a microfinance
☐ Working knowledge in IT skills (MSOffice)
☐ Report writing skills, customers service skills, excellent communication skills
