About the Role

Our client, in the RETAIL industry is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow to join our team as an ONLINE SALES.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take orders from clients, offer services and provide support in person and via telephone or internet.
  • Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives and targets.
  • Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities through the Social Media Platforms and mostly the Webpage.
  • Update customer database with contact details, type of products purchased, sizes and interest information from the prospective customers.
  • Following the social media Yearly calendar, perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
  • Continuous engagement with customers which should maintain profitable and productive relationships.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits on presentation of products as well as resolving customers issues.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously giving management customer feedback.
  • Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
  • Any other relevant duty assigned by the Head of Department.

    • Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Degree/Diploma in a Business-related course with specialization in Marketing.
    • At least three years’ sales work experience in a fashion retail industry or similar role in the service industry.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
    • Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
    • Excellent communication skills presentation skills.
    • Strong organization skills. & keen attention to detail is essential.
    • Strong customer service orientation & high level of integrity.
