Reports to: Direct Report : Head of IT

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES (DAILY DUTIES)

Constantly provides the CEO with information on the system change/development.
To ensure prompt advice to the CEO in case of any security threat to the system and any other service you are in charge.
System Support and Development
Provides oversight and management of the company system.
Configure and implement system software and components in all functional areas.
Creating documentation to define work-flow and requirements.
Create new and modify existing customization and integrations as requested by the business units.
Test functionality developed by the development team against business requirements.
Support and drive process change and communication.
Assist with functional specifications of customizations and integrations required for system implementations.
Providing on-going support to end users.
Working with other team members to design and architect proposed solution.
Maintain current knowledge of new versions and latest technology.
Overall responsibility on running of company system to support the business.
3) Business Liaison
Work with business units to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development.
Provide training to system users.
Serve as resource to staff for technical questions and procedural questions.
4) Policies and Procedures
Ensures compliance to company Policies and procedures.
Ensures that issues raised during audit are addressed.
All system changes are implemented per policies and procedures.
5) Security
Ensure security of the company systems.
Record and document any security threat to the systems.
Ensures system contingency planning is operational including backups of company data on weekly and monthly basis
6) Reports
Generate Business reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.
MUST have a Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science.
2 years’ experience working with MS Dynamics (Navision).
Conversant with programing languages especially in CAL language, .net, C# and PHP.
Conversant with database management language (SQL).
General knowledge in MFI/banking ERP systems.
Credit Management and proficiency in excel will be added advantage
SQL setup and configuration for NAV 2015 and later versions
Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Report writing skills, Excellent skills in analysis of Financials, communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
Working knowledge in IT skills(MSOffice)
