Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

  • Education- degree in hospitality/catering or its equivalent.
  • Experience- minimum 10 years in bakery management.
  • Other competencies- excellent leadership & management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet targets, excellent communication skills(spoken and written).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage an automated bakery producing 200,000-300,000 per day (breads, madazis, ban etc).
