Job Description/Mission

  • Carry out Service interventions/ Diagnosis as allocation by back office
  • Determine running condition of the existing and new feet and come up with parts and service leads
  • Drive parts & service growth by encouraging and guiding customers to consume existing stock and by promoting service culture.
  • Drive sustainability and optimization by regular installation of smart link and optimizer try and buy.
  • Establish and maintain continuous communication with customers in service contract with proactive regular visit plans that will increase compressor availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Advise customers on element overhaul/element replacement by regularly carrying out SPM measurements and notifying customers in advance for budgeting.
  • Carry out Technical and warranty support assigned by the back office.
  • Collect competitor machines information to aid in development of competitor machines installed base.
  • Regularly provide market and competition intelligence back to Nairobi office.
  • Weekly reports of activities carried out and plan for the upcoming week.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by your manager
