This role is responsible for providing operational and support services on matters affecting the Department
Key Responsibilities/ Duties / Tasks
Operational Responsibilities / Tasks
- Development of systems procedures & performance targets to enhance efficient and effective prevention and execution of business
- Making of proposals on the Operations Section’s work plan and
- Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Monitoring and Evaluation Reports for strategic initiatives in the
- Development of the Divisional/Unit’s Performance Contract and Work
- Secretarial services to the Departmental Standing
- Issues related to support

Academic qualifications

Previous relevant work experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification relevant working experience, 2 years of which should be in an Executive Office or a similar busy environment in a comparable organization.
