Job Purpose: As an Investment Officer youll be tasked with identifying business opportunities and secure investments that promote the financial interests of an organization. As in investment officer, your job duties include managing portfolio projects, handling financial transactions, and building client relationships. Youll majorly be tasked with growing the real-estate investment business section.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identification, negotiation, closing, monitoring, investments and finally exiting of investment in Kenya.
• Undertake viability studies on targeted companies
• Negotiating and structuring investment projects on the targeted entities
• Marketing the companys investments solutions and build sound relationships with clients and role players
• Implementing corporate governance disciplines in investee companies and initiating investment in chosen areas if investments preferences
• · Managing and adding values to the investment portfolio

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting, business, or any relevant degree
• Experience in leading a team for over 2 years
• Experience in auditing, banking and /or sales and marketing will be an added advantage
• Experience in commercial property financing / sales will be added advantage
