Our client, Kenya’s leading recreational center destination is looking for an energetic and outgoing Site Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all the recreational operations run smoothly, coordinating, and managing the staff as well as ensuring all safety measures are adhered to on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of the company’s product and brand is maintained daily
• Liaise with the partner’s sales team to coordinate activity operations
• Monitor and supervise daily operational tasks performed by the site’s Senior Instructor (the Senior Instructor is responsible for operational health & safety)
• Responsible for all customer service-related issues
• Point of contact between the partnering company sales team and the CEO
• Daily financial reporting
• Conduct staff performance appraisal
• Monitor the staff’s daily attendance
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to
• Any other duty required in adherence to the position.

Qualifications:

• Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree
• Must have a minimum of 3 years in a Managerial and/or leadership position
• Must have a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing sales and/or customer service position
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Competent in standard Office tools e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• An outgoing and friendly character that can confidently lead a team, engage with our customers, and coordinate effectively with our partners in a professional manner
• Health and safety training will be an added advantage
