Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support project operations and project management
  • Find, prepare, review and submit competitive tenders
  • On-board new clients and receive initial client briefing 
  • Prepare bills of quantities, perform cost pricing and cost analysis 
  • Generate cash flow projections for projects and manage the cash flow 
  • Prudently manage project finances
  • Manage subcontractor contracting
  • Coordinate the procurement process and mange vendors
  • Submit and negotiate contract variations and additional works
  • Ensure contractual and legal compliance for all projects
  • Follow up and ensure clients make payments on time
  • Lead and manage teams
  • Perform day-to-day general administrative duties and support the implementation of HR policies.
  • Person’s Requirements

  • Must have at least 4 years of work experience mostly in an Interior design company
  • Must have experience managing construction projects with an emphasis on interior fit-out
  • Must have exposure to project financing and cost control
  • A finance professional with construction industry experience or an experienced Quantity Surveyor with finance expertise is preferred
  • Experience preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tenders is required.
  • ArchiCAD/AutoCAD quantity take-off experience
  • Possess good leadership and management ability
  • Very strong client relationship management skills
