A well established and dynamic Executive Search and Recruitment company is seeking to recruit a Senior Recruiter who will be based in Karen, Nairobi. He/ She will be responsible for growing the business by looking for hiring managers and filling open positions for them. The successful candidate MUST be extrovert, enjoy problem solving, working with a variety of people and have experience as a recruiter in a corporate environment.

Key Requirements:

• Full cycle recruitment.
• Prospecting for business and partnerships.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
• Perform reference checks as needed.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have an outgoing bubbly personality and vibrant.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a recruiter.
• Must have impeccable communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Self-driven, focused and goal oriented.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
