Our Client a high-end club and restaurant in Nyeri are looking to hire an experienced club manager to run daily operations in their establishment.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Organizing & supervising daily shifts for the club staff.
2. Dealing with customer complaints &feedback in an efficient and accurate manner.
3. Plan, implement& manage overall club daily operations.
4. Ensure safety & adherence of the club rules and regulations.
5. Build and maintain a strong relationship with guest,staff& suppliers.
6. Managing and tracking club inventory.
7. Promoting and Marketing clubs businesses.
8. Evaluating club performances and ensure compliance with health, safety rules.
8. Performing other duties assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as club manager/supervisor in a well-known establishment.
3. Should have strong leadership motivation and managerial skills.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Should be above 30 years.
