Our client in Nyeri is looking for a Prep cook who will assist the Chef in preparing ingredients, maintaining a cleaning schedule for the kitchen, cleaning the stoves, ovens, pots, pans , grills, refrigerators, washing dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
Requirements
1. At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
2. Diploma or certificate in food production.
3. Hygiene training.
4. Practical culinary skills.
5. Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
6. Understanding of food safety practices.
7. Able to work under pressure and long hours.
