Our client, a plastic company based in Nairobi is seeking to employ a Mold Technician.

Duties and responsibilities

Set up and start-up injection molding machines.

Document mold changes and machine adjustments.

Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production.

Inspect items to ensure a consistent level of quality.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications & skills

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

At least two years of working experience as a mold technician in a plastic company.

Must have knowledge of plastic injection and blow machines.

Must have worked with plastic molds before.

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace all components.
