Job Purpose: We seek to hire aggressive Bakery Sales Executives with experience in route to market, Sales experience in Bread. The candidate should have the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure be people-oriented, and be creative.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Identify potential customers on specific routes allocated to salespersons.
2. Will be going with the truck and driver to increase sales
3. Manage customers’ orders and communicate daily with senior sales manager on daily sales projections and loading for next-day delivery.
4. Maintain records for sales, collection on payments, pending payments, and management of crates to their respective clients
5. Must achieve a target sales volume of 320 crates per truck per day for allocated routes to them
6. Receive communication and orders from customers/schools/depots
7. Report directly to senior sales manager and director
8. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
9. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
10. Fully responsible for the finished product from loading up to offloading to the customer site.
11. Should be responsible for any returns/handling defects from the customers
Key Skills & Qualifications
1. A Degree or Diploma in marketing, sales, or a related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
3. Well conversant with Kisumu and the western region is an added Advantage

4. Should be able to write clearly and communicate properly

5. Should be able to prepare and submit timely reports, well written
