MARKETER (35k – 45k)
Our client, in the real estate industry, is seeking to employ a MARKETER.
Qualifications & skills
1. Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
2. At least two years’ work experience in marketing especially in real estate.
3. A commitment to excellent customer service.
4. Should be competent and conversant in the experience of sales and marketing team leadership.
5. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
6. Good interpersonal skills.
7. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within schedule.
8. Should be aggressive and results-focused.
9. Should at least be conversant in the marketing of office premises, virtual office spaces, co-working spaces, and commercial space (added advantage).
Duties and responsibilities
• Marketing of the company’s properties for rental purposes, whether short-term or long-term.
• Marketing of office premises, virtual office spaces, co-working spaces, and commercial spaces.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
