Our Client a real estate company in Westlands are looking to hire Real estate Agents:
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Propose potential business deals by engaging potential partners.
2. Advise clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
3. Act as the face of the company and other exemplary customer service to all clients.
4. Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.
5. Negotiating rental rates and terms with tenants.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with developers and buyers.
Skills and Qualification
1. Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, real estate or any other relevant course.
2. Proven Sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Must be passionate about real estate.
4. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
5. Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
