Beauty Shop Sales Representatives
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.
2. Cleaning the shop and maintaining a high level of personal hygiene.
3. Understand all the products in detail.
4. Accountability of sales report.
5. Proper use of company machines and equipment.
6. Implement and support new promotions and product launches.
7. Profile prospective accounts and convert leads into customers.
8. Provide timely reports to management including, sales calls, sales reports, etc.
9. Responsible for presenting an image at all times that reflects the knowledge of cosmetic lines sold by the company.
Skills and Qualification
1. Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.
2. Excellent customer service skills and commitment to providing superior service.
3. Committed to building relationships with customers.
4. Energetic and dependable, motivated and results-driven.
5. Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service.
6. Excellent relationship-building skills.
