A Club Manager (Nyeri)
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Organizing and supervising daily shifts for the club staff.
2. Dealing with customer complaints and feedback in an efficient and accurate manner.
3. Plan, implement, and manage overall club daily operations.
4. Ensure safety and adherence to the club rules and regulations.
5. Build and maintain a strong relationship with guests, staff, and suppliers.
6. Managing and tracking club inventory.
7. Promoting and marketing the club's businesses.
8. Evaluating club performance and ensuring compliance with health, and safety rules.
9. Performing other duties assigned.
Skills and Qualification
1. Degree/Diploma in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience as club manager/supervisor in a well-known establishment.
3. Should have strong leadership, motivational and managerial skills.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Should be above 30 years.
