Our client, a leading interior design studio that specializes in corporate, retail, hospitality as well as residential interior design is looking to recruit a Sales Executive who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development Team. The ideal candidate MUST be able to identify and develop new business prospects for the organization and deliver measurable success too.

Key Requirements:

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and actively following up on new and existing leads.
  • Collaboratively work with the Business Development team to develop lead generation strategies, determine necessary strategic sales approaches and continually work the prospect list
  • Research customer segments, clients and market opportunities to increase qualified leads with prospective clients.
  • Identify and keep abreast with new trends in the market and interior design industry.
  • Leverage sales and interior design expertise to help our clients navigate through their design needs.
  • Support the Business Development team to improve performance, control and maintenance of generated leads.
  • Gather and disseminate relevant market intelligence with the Business Development team.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.
  • Actively leverage new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media interaction.
  • Meet with prospective clients to present our company profile and take brief of project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Mature and well-established sales executive, experience in the Design industry will be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar industry.
  • Must have established relationships with relevant stakeholders in the market.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Self-driven, focused and goal oriented.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
