Our client is a top filter manufacturing company in East and Central Africa, we are looking for a Customer Relations Officer for them. The candidates should have Procurement management skills, negotiation skills interpersonal, PR, communication, selling & marketing skills.
Position: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities
● Key account manager trading.
● Consolidation of the list of quotations.
● Manage updates of summary quotations, order confirmation, and list of quotations on the google drive
● Conducts research on suppliers of items requested for quotations.
● Ensure the procurement standards and policy requirements are adhered to.
● Management of procurement SLAs with suppliers.
● Confirmation of goods returned and management of customer preference.
● Confirmation of orders and updating on the drive.
● Outsourcing of suppliers, confirmation of the prices, and delivery date.
● Ensure follow-up on the terms of payment adherence.
● Requisition process management and approval.
● Dissemination of MMCL product USP through emails to existing and potential customers.
● Management of the delivery process of goods to key corporates as per the agreed terms.
● Account for receipts/ invoices to procurement for posting in the palladium system.
● Filing of all procurement documents.
● Provide backup support for CRM 1 and marketing officer roles.
QUALIFICATIONS.
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales and marketing, procurement.
● Proven success.
● Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
● Strong organizational skills.
● 3-5 years in sales and marketing or procurement.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
● Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
● Personal integrity.
