Qualifications & skills

  • Degree/Diploma in IT or related course.
  • Previous experience as an IT expert.
  • Proof of having built an in-house software.
  • Proof of providing off the shelf software.

    • Duties and responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across the company   (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Experience e in dealing with websites and blogs.
  • Vast interest in general IT industry trends and developments.
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Testing new technology.

    • Gross pay:- Kshs30,000/- to Kshs40,000/-
