Job Purpose:
The purpose of the job is to grow high quality Retail Food & Agriculture Business.
Develop and execute Retail F&A strategy.
Manage and maintain growth and high-quality Retail F&A portfolio.
Review performance of regional and branch retail staff handling retail business.
Identify capacity gaps, continuously train, mentor and coach Retail F&A staff.
Act as liaison person between regional, branches and head office business units.
In liaison with the RM-partnership, build and manage business partnerships for retail business
Any other duties assigned by the Head of Food & Agriculture Banking
Qualifications
Desired academic & professional qualifications.
- Bachelors degree in an agricultural related field
- 8 to 12 years experience in agricultural role
- Understand Food & Agriculture department's business and offer strong leadership to the front line and implementing teams.
- Identify gaps in Food and Agriculture retail segment and request for appropriate resourcing.
- Foster teamwork ensure motivation and discipline among the Retail staff.
- Demonstrate competence in various Food & Agriculture industry knowledge and applications.
- Offer critical thinking and logical problem-solving towards planning and business decision making.
- Communicate effectively and usher explicit interpersonal skills.
- Work under pressure, minimal supervision and with positive attitude.
