Our client, a prominent flower supplier in Nairobi. Is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing /Customer Experience Executive who will be responsible for developing a wide range of marketing strategies, techniques and concepts and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers. The successful candidate will actively engage in sales, marketing, digital sales and customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Create and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Taking online orders and website management.
• Develop new products and packages in line with market trends.
• Keep abreast with competitor products and services.
• Manage and take responsibility of the existing clients, expand the client base and build excellent client relations.
• Liaising with designers and printers and deliver marketing and promotional material to deadlines.
• Digital Content Creation/Development.
• Sell and interact with customers using all available online platforms.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and developing sales objectives.
• Communicate with customers through various channels within agreed timelines.
• Manage and incoming calls and telesales.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to sale and market.
• Knowledge of current trends in the flower export and event management business in Kenya is an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Demonstrate proper understanding of margin and pricing.
• Portray high levels of Integrity and commitment.
• Should possess good problem-solving skills.
• Should be organized with good time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands.
• Must be proactive and a team player.
