Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting application related issues
  • Leading troubleshooting sessions with the various teams
  • Following up on the various support issues and reporting on the progress status
  • Working with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Fixing bug related issues with the system
  • Developing system manuals and guides to help the support team
  • Working with the development team to resolve outstanding technical issues
  • Developing automated tests for both the UI and APIs

Requirements

  • Experience in developing APIS or applications using Java Spring Boot
  • Experience developing web applications using Angular
  • Experience working with API Gateways preferably Azure API Gateway
  • Experience in developing and Consuming Restful API services in XML or Json
  • Experience Integrating to third party services
  • Experience working with version control system like git
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience in writing automated tests and working with test automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • At least 3 years' experience working as a technical support or Developer in a busy environment
  • Java programming Language and Spring Boot Framework
  • Web Application development in Angular
  • Skilled and experienced in writing UI and API Automated tests
  • Dev Ops or Agile practice
  • Cloud Development and Deployment in Azure or any other related cloud provider
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle database and Mongo DB
