Our client in Nyeri is looking to hire a prep chef who is able to prepare large quantities of food such as Casseroles, ethnic foods, chili, streaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, grilled items, eggs, healthy entrees, salads, desserts and other similar items.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role preferably in a 4 star or 5 star establishment.
-Diploma or certificate in food production
-Practical culinary skills
-Familiriaty with professional kitchen equipment.
-Understanding of food safety practices
-Able to work under pressure and long hours
