Our client a media and Real Estate company, is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Head  of Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Propose potential business deals by engaging potential partners.

-Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting- Act as the face of the company and other exemplary customer service to all clients.

- Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.

- Negotiating rental rates and terms with tenants.

- Establish and maintain relationships with developer and buyers.

-Act as an intermediary between seller, buyers and advocates.

-Act as an intermediary between landlords, tenants and advocates.

-Coordinates sales process

-Coordinate rent and leasing process

Requirements

-Degree in real estate, business administration or finance

-Proven real estate experience, meeting or exceeding targets

-Demonstrate experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

- A minimum of 5 year's experience in a similar role

-In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices

-Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
