Job purpose
To ensure that adequate measures are in place for accurate data collection to aid in preparation of Monthly management accounts on a timely basis. Ensure proper mechanism exist for optimal procurement, sales, stock and expense recording as well as capturing supplier indebtedness and settlement thereof. Equally monitor the correctness of data capture by scrutinizing the Reconciliations of General Ledger / Banks /TB Accounts, etc.
