For appointment to this grade, a person must have: -
Bachelor’s degree (KNQF Level 7 or equivalent) in Education, Economics, Architecture, Engineering, statistics, Social Sciences, Science or related field from a recognized university in Kenya;
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution;
Proficiency in computer applications.

Conducting assessment and evaluating applications for alignment and validation of prior learning;
Evaluating, reporting and initiate reviewing regulations, policies, guidelines and tools on SEREQ;
